365 days have now passed since Loren and I got married. Several people have already told us that the first year is the hardest. Well, it wasn't for us. We have been facing problems with a laugh for years now. Our whole relationship has been an adventure and I expect that will always continue.
We set out today for the Queen Mary ship in Long Beach. Let me just say, we now HATE the Los Angeles area. Traffic was bumper to bumper for hours. The GPS on the phone sent us down a highway that was closed because of fire. We had to backtrack for quite a ways. We finally got to the ship and it was amazing. We expected our room to be tiny like on normal cruise ships- but not here. The room was spacious with a very cozy bed. We had a nice anniversary dinner and then waited for our special treat- an actual paranormal investigation on one of the most haunted ships anywhere! We already ran around the ship looking for the places we have seen investigated on our fave shows. Now we just have to wait for the non public areas- so stay tuned!
